Ron Silverman, MD, FACS, Chief Medical Officer, 3M Medical Solutions Division
Dr. Silverman is a clinical associate professor of surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and previously served as Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery.
He has extensive experience in facial and nasal reconstruction, skin cancer resection, burn reconstruction, complex wound management, general reconstructive surgery, as well as facial and breast/body cosmetic surgery.
After receiving his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he was awarded the Wayne W. Babock prize for outstanding performance in surgery, Dr. Silverman completed his plastic surgery residency at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital, where he gained an extensive experience in both cosmetic as well as reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Silverman was named one of Baltimore Magazine’s 2010 “Top Docs” for Plastic Reconstructive Surgery.
